EKLIPSE requests that applicants provide relevant personal data in order for us to assess applications to Calls appropriately. These data will be compiled with all other relevant information and communicated to the EKLIPSE selection panel for selection purposes via encrypted PDF and Excel spreadsheet. All non-personal data collected as part of our Calls will be securely archived within 2 months after the close of the Call. All personal data collected as part of our Calls will be deleted within 6 months of the close of the Call. EKLIPSE is a science research project in the public interest and the lawful basis for processing your personal data under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be public task. The Our Privacy Policy contains further information on the purpose and lawful basis for processing your personal data.
